Clear delivery information for every order
We pack records carefully and show the available delivery choices before you complete your order.
UK delivery
Postage is based on parcel size and weight, with prices for one to four records, five to eight records and larger orders. Almost all UK orders are sent with Royal Mail.
UK mainland delivery is free when your order is over £50—select the free delivery option at checkout. Orders placed after Friday are normally dispatched on Monday.
International delivery
International shipping is calculated from the parcel’s size, weight and destination. You will see the available services and their cost at checkout before payment.
For eligible EU orders up to €150 (approximately £135), VAT is collected at checkout based on your delivery country. Orders over €150 may be subject to extra taxes, customs fees or carrier charges before delivery.
Combining orders
Want to build a larger order over time? Place your records individually, then contact us when you are ready for them to be sent together.
We will combine them into one parcel and invoice you for the shipping cost once you are ready to dispatch. This can be particularly useful for international orders.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 31 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a refund, store credit or exchange where suitable.
Please return records with any sleeves and inner sleeves that were supplied, packed securely to prevent damage on the way back.
