Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs are based on 1 to 4 vinyl / 5 to 8 vinyl and continue in multiples after this. Shipping costs are weight & sized based. Orders of 1 to 8 vinyl will be dispatched using Royal Mail Postage Services to the UK and internationally orders of 9 or more vinyl are dispatched using one of our courier services. We are constantly reviewing our shipping costs, all shipping costs can be viewed in your cart prior to checking out. UPS Shipping costs will only show when you enter your full shipping information.
Orders of 9 or more vinyl or orders with a courier shipping option will be dispatched via UPS.
Please note orders placed on a Friday will not be dispatched until a Monday.
All UK customers spending £50 or more are eligible for free shipping **Please ensure you select the free shipping option when checking out**
Delivery times will vary during public holidays
If you are making a large order through our store please feel free to contact us as we may be able to reduce any shipping costs quoted on the website.
New Shipping & Tax Rules for Buyers in the European Union
Customers purchasing from the European Union will now be subjected to Tax / Vat Charges on imports.
The total amount spent on these goods will be taxed at importation in the EU Member State
We at DNB Vinyl will not collect this Tax / Vat Charge so any payment to ourselves will be exclusive of this charge, and the importation payment will need to be paid before your parcel will be delivered
Build An Order
Customers can now combine multiple orders into one shipping price.
Simply place an order(s) on products you wish to purchase and we will combine the order(s) into one parcel for shipping.
You will need to pay for the products at the time of checkout

Customer Shopping Carts
Please note products added to your shopping cart are saved for 7 days for logged in customers. After 7 days your cart will automatically be cleared and the products removed. Items saved in your cart are not held and other customers may purchase them.
Guest carts are cleared automatically when the customer exits our website
Returns Policy
We returns on all orders made via our website. Returns must be completed within 31 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in original sleeves and any inner sleeves. We offer the following options on returns.
Full refund to the payment method used
A store Credit Notice if you wish to exchange for a different item (if the item is damaged or faulty)
A like for like exchange in the event of an item arriving damage or with a defect we will exchange the item with a like for like item when possible
Customer Sessions
Customer sessions are cleared every 7 days automatically. This will clear any products viewed or added to your cart

Registered customers can create Wishlist’s on our site.
